About Me: At just over 40 I’ve had a varied life, but radio has always been a constant. These days I help to teach it at Exeter College which is great fun. When I’m not working I like buzzing around on my quad or a horse. Always on the go, one day I might slow down but not just yet!

Hobbies: Quad biking, running, Horse riding.
Favourite Things: Horses, family and loved ones and enjoying life.
